Santa Fe Stew-easy and delicious!
Ingredients
1-2 lbs stew meat
28oz can of tomatoes
1 onion, rough chopped
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Cumin
Chili powder
Oregano
1-2 carrots, slices
1-2 cans of beans - black, kidney, and/or pinto
1 qt beef bouillon
Put all ungredients into a crock pot/slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When stew is done, put some of the liquid in a small bowl and add 1/4 cup flour to make a paste. Stir paste into the stew to thicken the texture.
Serve with tortillas, cheese, and sour cream.
