Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 onion, grated

  • 1 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

  • garlic powder

  • ground thyme

  • parsley flakes

Mix together egg, beef, 2/3 can of tomato sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Form in loaf and place in loaf pan or casserole dish.

Mix garlic and thyme with remaining tomato sauce. Pour over meat loaf and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
